If the rented items are returned incomplete or damaged, a compensation fee may be charged—up to 300% of the rental price of the item. This amount will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit does not cover the full cost of the damage, the difference will be invoiced afterward. The surcharge amount depends on the replaceability of the item and the nature of the damage.
